Gold Star! What Visitors Are Saying About the Museum
Earlier this year we launched our visitor survey, and the results are in. We're excited to share that our visitors are having an outstanding time at the Museum of Making Music. Over 97% of respondents rated their overall experience as either "Excellent" or "Outstanding," and our average recommendation score came in at 9.59 out of 10.
When it comes to specifics, our staff friendliness and museum cleanliness scored near-perfect marks at 4.95 and 4.99 out of 5. Visitors also gave high praise to exhibit quality, value for money, and the variety of instruments on display. On the learning and inspiration side, over 98% of respondents agreed that our exhibits were informative, and over 78% said the museum inspired them to explore music further.
About 78% of our respondents were first-time visitors, which speaks to the museum's continued ability to attract new audiences. These results are a wonderful reflection of the hard work everyone puts in every day to make MoMM a welcoming, engaging place. We look forward to continuing to grow our survey data and using visitor feedback to make the museum experience even better.
