Tour Requirements
Schedule in Advance
Please call to schedule your tour at least 2 weeks in advance. Tour availability may vary.
Minimum Size
We offer group rates for parties of 10 or more with a scheduled tour.
Maximum Size
Generally, the Museum can accommodate groups of up to 60 guests. If your group has over 60 guests, please contact us to make special arrangements.
What to Expect on a Group Tour
Group tours are approximately sixty minutes and led by a trained docent. Tours include the museum’s four core galleries, with stops at interactive Sit & Play areas along the way. Docents adjust the pace and focus to fit the group, so every tour is unique.
Groups are welcome to revisit the interactive Sit & Play areas, where instruments are available for everyone to try. No musical experience necessary!
The museum is fully accessible, with no stairs or barriers in the galleries. Additionally, the museum is an IBCCES Certified Autism Center. Staff can arrange a quieter visit time or a modified route for groups as needed. Please reach out in advance of your visit.
Tours are available Tuesday through Sunday during regular museum hours.
