Virtual Fieldtrip Request

Thank you for your interest in the Museum of Making Music's virtual fieldtrip program.  Please fill out the following information to get started on booking your virtual fieldtrip.

Field Trip Details

Cost

For groups of 10 or more, the group rate is $8 per student and $12 per adult. Groups are allowed one (1) complimentary chaperone for every 10 students. Bus and coach drivers also receive complimentary admission.

Title One Schools

Field trips are free for schools that are Title One designated. Funding for transportation is available for Title One Schools within San Diego County. Reservations are subject to availability.

Does my school qualify?

Duration

Field trips are scheduled for 1.5 hours for grades K-2, and 2 hours for grades 3 and up. Field trip start times are typically reserved for 9:30 am and 11:30 am Tuesdays through Fridays but can be adjusted to accommodate specific group needs.

Field Trip Requirements

Minimum Size

Field trips are offered for groups of 10 or more.

Maximum Size

The Museum can accommodate groups up to 60 students. However, if your group has over 60 students, please contact us to make special arrangements.

Schedule in Advance

We ask that you call to schedule your field trip at least 2 weeks in advance.
